About this seven minute timer

This seven-minute countdown runs entirely in your browser. Common for stretching routines, reading sprints, or short concentrated tasks. There is nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and no data is uploaded when you start, pause, or reset.

A seven-minute timer is a useful middle ground. It is long enough to finish a small task, stretch properly, or ease into a meditation, but short enough that your attention is unlikely to drift. Many people use this length for reading a chapter, drafting an email, or clearing a portion of an inbox.

If you are timing a break, try to do something that does not involve another screen: walk around, drink water, look out a window. If you are timing work, pick one task before pressing start and do not switch until the countdown finishes.
